Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers may be used to purchase goods or services at participating Infinity Car Wash & Café outlets. Any remaining amount is not refundable in cash. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid for by the redeemer.

This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Signature being completed, and other authentication signed.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments or wash club accounts), returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry. We may in our sole discretion elect to cancel a gift voucher or block such a transaction if you attempt to do so. Gift vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Keep your gift voucher secure and treat it as you would treat cash, anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases.

Gift vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

Gift vouchers will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any gift voucher, or the gift voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

After the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become our property.
