Membership is valid for 1 vehicle registration only.

Membership is not transferrable.

Membership is not available to any Commercial Passenger Vehicles such as taxis, limousines, private transfer vehicles, UBERs (or any other ride sharing app).

For customers paying via monthly direct debit, the first month may be paid upfront in store after which the monthly membership fee will be billed automatically to your nominated credit card or bank account on the date corresponding to the commencement date each month until such time as the agreement is finished or terminated by you or Infinity Car Wash & Café.

The program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Infinity Car Wash & Café reserves the right to close sites due to inclement weather or equipment issues.

Infinity Car Wash & Café reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason.

Temporary transfers are not permitted.

Membership may be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks written notice or via email to info@infinitycarwash.com.au.

No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

Vehicle may be subject to excess dirt/bugs surcharges.

No membership credit will be issued for stores closed due to maintenance or public holidays.

Individuals who join the Unlimited Wash Club Program agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions.

Wash Club Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification. Any modification to the Wash Club Terms and Conditions may be applied retrospectively.

Any failure or delay by Infinity Car Wash & Café in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Infinity Car Wash & Café must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Infinity Car Wash & Café. Nothing in these Member Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Member Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Member Terms & Conditions.
